When it comes to my skincare routine at the end of the day, I am the first to admit that I am lazy. I am even more lax with my skincare regimen in the summertime. I use less makeup (I often go without makeup in the summer) and care less about skin care overall. I don't like the feel of heavy makeup or the buildup of a lot of products on my face when it's hot and humid outside. It's not an excuse for taking care of my skin, though. I do cleanse my skin at the end of the day — it's imperative to get rid of the makeup (if I wear it), dirt and oil that buildup on it over the day.
