Such smart advice! I work at as a sales associate at a high end cosmetics/skincare store and a woman came in yesterday and wanted a simpler makeup routine, had dry skin, and redness/sensitive skin. She was about 50 and her skin looked tired, matte, and lacking vitality.

I actually used around 6 of these 10 tips on her. After removing her existing makeup, applied a primer with a color corrector, a tinted moisturizer, and finished off with a cream blush (Nars Cream Blush in "O"). I also applied a slightly pink lip liner and a sheer soft pinkish lipstick. Around her eyes I applied one of my favorite eye treatments and some creamy concealer.
