$5,000 in Free Swag - Oh Yeah!

lucky_hayden.jpgA few weeks ago, the major television networks held the UpFronts. The Upfronts are where the networks announce their next years television schedule, with new shows, returning shows, etc. And many of the stars attend the announcements, parties, and fun.

Lucky Magazine had a suite at The Ritz Carlton where the celebs could come and hang out and relax - and pick up a free bag of swag - worth $5,000. And guess what? They are giving away one of these bags filled with the $5,000 worth of swag.

Hayden Panettiere picked up a bag, as did Ali Larter, Kate Walsh, and the now rehabbing Lindsay Lohan. We all deserve one, now don't we?

All you have to do is enter the contest here and hope to win:

lucky_prizes.jpgLook at just some of what is included: L.A.M.B. paneled dress; a Lia Sophia necklace, cuff, and bracelet with clear cut crystals; lingerie from Cosabella; haircare products from Matrix Biolage Sunsorials; skincare products from Dermalogica; a Polaroid digital camera; a Stuart Weitzman tote; and more.

I just entered, and now you should too.

Keep The Comments Coming!

c4acure_mug.JPGWith just less than 4 hours on the East Coast, and 7 on the West Coast, I really, really want to reach my goal.

My initial goal for the Comments for a Cure Campaign was to get 100 comments here, and 50 each on Aging Fabulous and Pretty by Nature. But with the clock ticking, I will take 200 comments, any way I can get them.

Here are the total comments as of this writing:
Beautiful Makeup Search - 69
Aging Fabulous - 21
Pretty by Nature - 29
TOTAL : 119

Can we do it, Yes we can! I only need 81 more comments between all three blogs.

And to make things even more fun, I will randomly pick one lucky commenter from each blog and give them a Comments For a Cure Coffee Mug. How great is that?

Please keep the comments coming. And once again, I thank you - and I won't ask any more!!!

Comments for a Cure Campaign.

BBN_cure.jpgI am here with an update, and I am happy to say that Beautiful Makeup Search  (as of this writing) has 34 comments! What a great bump up from yesterday! I am so happy, and than you so much.

It is not too late to leave a comment. Remember, that I will donate $1 for every comment left on this blog until midnight tonight to The National Brain Tumor Foundation. And if you would, please visit my other two blogs I write for, Aging Fabulous and Pretty by Nature, and just copy your comment there as well. It will mean more money for a cure.

Thank you all again, from the bottom of my heart. To know that you care is very heartfelt.

And our efforts are not over. We have a few great auctions that will go up on ebay later this week with the most fantastic products (worth more than $1000) that were donated by many of our friends in the beauty business. I will post a link to that as soon as it is live. It is a not to miss auction event, for sure!
