Fall is all about change. Not only is the weather changing, but our style is also changing to go along with the season. I usually change up my hair a bit to go along with the new fall fashions. My hair has gotten long, and I did not want to cut it, so I have been experimenting with color and style. Fashion Week is always a great source of inspiration. CVS has us covered with not only great style inspiration, but they have some fantastic deals on the products we need to get the styles.

I found some great runway-ready looks at tresemme.com where there
are a ton of videos from their top Fashion Week stylists.
Not only are these styles perfect for updating a fall look, but the videos
have tips on how to best make the techniques work in everyday life.
A few tips I learned for runway-ready hair was to start by washing and conditioning with TRESemmé Nourish & Replenish Botanique Shampoo and Conditioner. It hydrates and replenishes moisture to my hair with aloe vera and coconut milk, so my hair is smooth and frizz-free. I learned to lock in my style by spraying TRESemmé TRES Two Extra Hold Hair Spray on my hairbrush to evenly distribute it for easy hold. Super smart!
I really like all of the curlier styles this fall and Caci, and I have been pulling out the large barrel curling iron a lot this fall. The secret is Suave Extra Hold Shaping Mousse to give hair volume, body and lift as well as Dove Refresh+Care Volume and Fullness Dry Shampoo to add volume at the roots and fullness in between washings. The trick to smooth curls that fall just right is sectioning hair off and holding the curling iron vertically.
