The brow that is cared for always looks better, obviously, but having a cared for brow area gives a more youthful look to the face. Cliniques' latest product can take your brows to the next level. By using Instant Lift for Brows, in short, you will create a more youthful, wide-eyed appearance that compliments and completes your look.
This brow pencil is unique. It is double-sided, for some double duty beauty, which I love. On one side, there is a brow filling pencil, in a choice of shades (Soft Blonde, Soft Brown or Deep Brown) while on the other end is a brow bone highlighter, in a universal, warm pink champagne shade.
To use, you first fill in the brow with the brow filler. This is a wax-based formula with a powdery-cream finish that easily fills in brows. The pigments combine with the wax to help the filler easily fill in the brow with one stroke, as it really sticks to the skin well, and it lasts without smudging all day.
Next, open the cap of the highlighter, and gently twist it up. This formula is very soft and silky, and it glides on effortlessly under the brow bone. I like to spread it out with my finger to make sure I get pearlized pigments just where I want them. This perfect shade helps to create an illusion of a more lifted brow by adding a touch of light to the right spot.
