New Year, New You: Revitalize from the Inside Out.

I don't just have some new year resolutions, I am making some life changes this year. I have to. Besides heading to the gym more, I plan to revitalize from the inside out. I am going to be taking care of myself better.

I plan to change the way I eat for the better. I am going to incorporate more nutritious rich foods into my diet. I am cutting out sweets - plain and simple. I certainly had my fill of them over the holidays. I am tired of the sugar crash and just need to avoid them all together. Along with exercise, that should take care of my body ((I hope)).

Another important thing I am doing is concentrating on my skin more. I am going to drink my eight full glasses of water a day. It just makes me look and feel better when I do. I just get too busy and forget to keep drinking, but I am going to make it a point to hydrate! I am also taking Imedeen Time Perfection® twice a day to help my skin in ways that skin care can't. I introduced you to this anti-aging supplement last month.  It has become an important part of my anti-aging routine and totally fits with my revitalize from the inside out plan.

Skin care products can not get deep enough into the layers of the skin to actually change it.  The top layer is called the epidermis and this is where skincare creams work. The dermis, the layer beneath the surface, contains all the skin’s building blocks – collagen, elastin and essential moisture retaining elements. It’s here in the dermal layer that Imedeen® works throughout the entire body to strengthen and improve the skin’s invisible building blocks. It does this with targeted nutrients that help skin retain moisture and suppleness.

The proprietary blend of ingredients in the Imedeen Time Perfection® marine complex provides elements important for skin’s structure and moisture, similar to those naturally found in the skin.

  • LycoPhence GS® is a skin defense system providing tomato fruit and grape seed extracts, which both contribute to the protection against oxidative damage to the skin.
  • Vitamin C is an important antioxidant and essential in the formation of collagen, which is a primary structural protein in the skin.

This post is part of a sponsored campaign hosted by the makers of Imedeen®. While all opinions stated are my own, I make no claims about Imedeen® as a product or its effectiveness. I received compensation and a 90-day supply of Imedeen Time Perfection®  for this post.

Interested to see how this works for you. I've read about supplements and started using omega red fish oil for other health issues. I noticed my skin is much more smoooth and less dry. It's actually a good side effect.
Sounds smart. I need to drink more water and I am looking into more supplements myself. I never heard of this Imedeen.
@Jamie - thanks for the comment. This is very interesting to hear. I think both my parents take fish oil supplements and my mother has commented on having better hair and nails. She swears it is the fish oil. Seeing that Imedeen using marine extracts and fish oils, I am looking forward to similar results myself.

@Amy - Please look into Imedeen. It is proving to be an essential supplement (for me) so far.
I can't wait to hear more about this pill. Supplements (when used correctly) can be life changing.
Ashlee- I will be updating my progress in February and then when I have completed my 90 days in March. I haven't been much of a supplement girl until now. I take a multi-vitamin and an iron pill for health reason, and that is it, with the addition of this trial with Imedeen. I do believe that they can be totally useful.
An anti-aging supplement? I was wondering when that would happen. Is it like a vitamin?
I just read your other post and this sounds rather interesting. Too bad I missed the giveaway. I would have loved to have try this.
Annie - Yes, you take Imedeen as you would a vitamin. You can get all the ingredients from their website:
Grace - thanks for the comment. Stay tuned for another giveaway. I will be having another one for a lucky ready to try Imedeen!
Imedeen sounds perfect for me. I'm getting older and starting to get wrinkles. I use a good moisturizer but I think maintaining the integrity of my dermal layers is also very important. Imedeen sounds like it replaces all the natural building blocks that my body doesn't produce as much now that I'm getting older. Thank you so much for posting!
