Pump Up the Volume with Oribe Maximista and Dry Texturizing Spray.
Thick, full, voluminous hair - it's all the rage and until now it is hair that I have only dreamed of. Sure, it may be easy to get your full, but can you keep it that way? After looking in the mirror around lunch time and wondering what happened to my do, my goal is now voluminous hair that lasts.
I think I have found the two products that have done more for my hair than any other combination before. They are both from haircare genius Oribe.
So what am I using?

First, after washing and towel drying my hair, I spray Maximista Thickening Spray ($26) at my roots and comb it through. This great smelling spray delivers both on the thickness and volume. As I blow-dry, I concentrate on lifting hair at the roots where I sprayed the product, and I watch as hair looks much more lifted and stays that way. After my hair is dried, I pump up and texturize my hair with his dry shampoo, Dry Texturizing Spray ($39). This body-building spray uses patented polymers to absorb oil at the roots. This helps hair instantly take on another life, as if adding in another layer or two of hair. There is never any powdery residue and the formula smells amazing.
You know the products are good if Oribe, the man behind the gorgeous locks of Sarah Jessica Parker, and his products are in demand by many and are carried at fine retailers Barneys, Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus. Also, his products are used on the set of Gossip Girl - and you know that cast rocks some seriously gorgeous styles.
