October is Eczema Awareness Month. If you have Eczema, you know that this chronic skin disorder is not fun. The itchy, red and dry cracked skin is more than uncomfortable. I suffer from it as soon as the weather turns to cold and one of my sons does too. With the winter coming up soon, I need to be prepared. It is a fact that Eczema is most often triggered by heat and sweat, the sudden changes in temperature, and extreme cold/dry climates. Those are the exact things that trigger it for me. I am going to share the products that work for me along with some professional tips for dealing with eczema.
