Two New Light Elements Products from Aveda.

Aveda recently launched two brand new items into their Light Elements line. All of the products in this division offer weightless styling and hold for your hair. New are the Light Elements Texturizing Creme and Light Elements Shaping Wax.

Light Elements Texturizing Creme - $24.00
This very light cream delivers weightless texture with a light hold.  It is perfect for all hair types and lengths. I have been applying a pretty good sized dollop to my hair and I can attest to the fact that my hair feels soft, and has some nice holding power to it. The fresh, citrus scent is nice, not overpowering, and it fades as hair is styled.

Light Elements Shaping Wax - $24.00
This new wax is also good for all hair types, especially layered hair or for those wanting a more "piecy" look. I was surprised at the texture, it is a light cream that feels waxy and a bit sticky as it is applied. It holds nice, but  again, is a bit sticky until it dries. I like to use it on my hair dry to break apart soft curls and waves for a nice on trend loose, layered look. Again, this has a light, fresh citrus scent, that fades as hair is styled.
