L'Oreal Paris and Julianna Margulies Launch Women of Worth 2012 Nominations.

 

L’Oréal Paris is proud to partner with brand spokesperson Julianna Margulies to unveil the opening of the Women of Worth awards’ 2012 nomination period. Now in its seventh year, Women of Worth has honored and celebrated 60 inspiring women who are making a difference in their communities.

Having personally met past Women of Worth honorees, I can say with full confidence that these ‘women of worth’ have dedicated their lives to helping others realize their worth every day,” said Julianna Margulies.
 
Inspired by the brand’s iconic slogan “Because You’re Worth It,” currently celebrating its 40th anniversary, the Women of Worth program seeks nominees who are bringing this philosophy to life through their commitment to a variety of relevant social causes.
 
Making strides and bringing attention to causes like bullying, nutrition in underserved communities and pediatric cancer, past honorees have dedicated themselves to conquering inadequacies at the local and national level, and empowered others in the community to take a stand.
 
The Women of Worth nomination period starts today and runs through May 31st, so if you know anyone who  deicates herself to volunteering and or other charitable efforts, head on over to womenofworth.com and L’Oréal Paris nominate them.

Ten motivational honorees will be chosen for their momentous contributions. Each honoree receives $10,000 for her charitable cause, and one National Honoree will be chosen via a public online vote to receive an additional $25,000 for her charity. All ten honorees will be recognized, and the National Honoree will be announced, at an awards ceremony and dinner hosted by Hearst Magazines and L'Oréal Paris in New York City.

Natasha Poly for L’Oréal Paris.

 

L’Oréal Paris is pleased to announce Natasha Poly as the brand's latest spokesperson.

Natasha joins supermodels Doutzen Kroes, Claudia Schiffer and Liya Kebede, as well as international stars Gwen Stefani, Beyoncé Knowles and Jennifer Lopez representing L'Oréal Paris.

Natasha has appeared in fashion shows for more than 54 fashion houses, including leading international brands Jean Paul Gaultier, Yves Saint Laurent, Roberto Cavalli, Chanel and Valentino. She has been a Calvin Klein icon, a Victoria’s Secret angel, and in 2009, was named one of the top models “of the moment” by US Vogue.

Nicole Scherzinger is the new Global Brand Ambassador for Herbal Essences.

 

Nicole Scherzinger announced her latest role as P & G's Global Brand Ambassador for Herbal Essences on Twitter yesterday.

Yes, she can sing and dance and she will continue to do so with even more beautiful hair.

"I’ve always loved changing and evolving my style in my career, and playing with new and different hair styles has been a great creative outlet for me,” said Scherzinger. “I’m honored to partner with Herbal Essences, because it’s a brand I like and admire for its celebration of self expression and for encouraging women like me to have fun with their look!
