Get the Look: Allison Williams at the 2014 Golden Globes.

Here's how to get the look.

First, Lauren groomed Allison's brows with Votre Vu Brow Wax.

Next, she played up Allison's baby blue eyes with a classic smokey eye using Avon True Color Eyeshadow Quad in Urban Skyline.

Lauren lined her eyes with Avon Glimmersticks Eye Liner in Blackest Black and then coated lashes with Avon Mega Effects Mascara.

On Allison's face, Lauren applied YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat Illuminating Foundation and then dusted on Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Radiant Light.

Lauren swiped Laura Mercier Second Skin Cheek Colour in Rose Petal on the apples of Allison's cheeks.

To complete the look, Lauren applied Avon Ultra Color Absolute Lipstick in Ripe Rose.

Allison’s stunning Alexander McQueen dress shaped the inspiration to keep her hair look elegant, simple and clean.  Celebrity Stylist Anthony Campbell did her hair using Wella Professionals products.

Step-By-Step Styling:

First, hair was washed and conditioned with Wella Professionals Enrich Shampoo and Conditioner

Hair was gently towel dried, and then a dollop of Wella Professionals Velvet Amplifier was applied to prep hair for a controlled look.

Blow-dry the hair using a large flat brush to achieve pin straight hair.  Ensure the hairdryer isn’t too hot, which can cause it to dry out and break, giving you frizz.

Once the hair is completely dry, create a deep side parting for added elegance.

Run a flat iron over hair, section by section finishing off each piece with a light spray of Wella Professionals Stay Essential Finishing Spray and leave to cool.

To finish, add a few drops of Wella Professionals Oil Reflections, which will increase shine to hair for an added pop, without weighing hair down or looking greasy.
