“I wanted to create a look that was bold, but still looked soft and natural,” says Westman. “I was inspired by the iconic supermodels of the 90’s and the great structure of their brows.  I kept the makeup very pure, adding just a touch of natural flush to the lips by mixing two lip products together, and I used a brow pencil to create subtle freckles and a dramatic brow to top the whole look off.”
 
To recreate the white hot nail look worn by half of the models, celebrity manicurist Jin Soon Choi suggests creating a short square shape that’s slightly rounded and then smoothing out the ridges with a thick base coat to prepare them for polish.
 
“White can be intimidating to wear,” says Choi. “To guarantee a finished look, you should always use three coats, as it ensures that the polish will look perfectly opaque and smooth.”

Overall Look: Kaelen showed a powerful collection featuring designs with a modern 80's vibe.  Sharp lines with rock prints, lucite accents and pops of sunny neon yellow rounded out a mainly black palette. 

Nail Design: For nails, we went for a high contrast “Distressed Nail” using black as the base, a bespoke nude khaki was then layered in jagged strokes towards the bed.

Details: For added dimension, we matted out only the black section, creating a dual-textured look full of disheveled luxury, then painted butter LONDON 3-Free Lacquer Colours: Yummy Mummy, Union Jack Black, Matte Finish Shine-Free Topcoat.

The hair look:

The overall look was simple, polished hair.

Steps:
- Prepare damp hair with Mousse Volumactive and blow dry straight using a round brush
- Section off the hair and lightly spray each section with hairspray, alternating between Double Force and Double Force Controle Ultime for texture and holda bit of texture
- Take the two front sections of the hair behind the ear and tie together underneath the length
- Spray the sides of the head with Double Force Hairspray to keep the look into place and apply a pea-sized amount of Elixir Ultime Moringa Immortel to the length for added shine
