Jennifer Aniston in CHANEL Beauté.

I know I have a section just for celebrity looks, but when some of my all time favorite movie actresses are wearing some of my favorite brands' makeup, I need to point it out front and center. Please forgive me, but I think Julia Roberts and Jennifer Aniston deserve front page attention, don't you?

Well, Jennifer was on the red carpet for her movie premier for her latest flick called Switch. She looked glowy and gorgeous as usual.  CHANEL Celebrity Makeup Artist Angela Levin made up Jenn for the event.

Angela said, "I first prepped Jen's face with the new CHANEL Sublimage Concentrate, to enhance her already radiant skin.  Her base was La Mer Foundation in 06, and on her cheeks I dusted a bit of CHANEL Powder Blush in Rose Pétale.

On her eyes I used CHANEL Quadra Eyeshadow in Tentation Cuivré, a rich brown and copper shadow palette new for Holiday.  The warm shades compliment Jen's gorgeous eye colour. Starting from the inner corners of her lashes, I blended the shadow out, going from light to dark.  For the liner, I used Tarte Clay Pot Eyeliner in Black.

Finally, to make her blue eyes really pop, I finished with three coats of CHANEL Inimitable Intense Mascara in Noir.  I applied one coat, then brushed out the lashes, a second coat, again brushed out the lashes, and finally a third coat using a fan brush.  Jen's lips were natural with CHANEL Rouge Coco Lip Colour in Cashmere, a beigey peach shade, and Kevyn Aucoin Lip Pencil in Bare."

Julia Roberts in Lancôme at the Eat, Pray, Love Premier.

All the talk this weekend has been about the new Julia Roberts movie Eat, Pray, Love.  Did you see it? What did you think?

No matter what your thoughts on the movie, there is one thing I think we can agree on. Julia looked beautiful in Lancôme makeup at the premier last week.

Julia’s red carpet makeup was created by celebrity makeup artist Genevieve Herr who channeled a chic and modern look that played up Julia’s light brown eyes and her sleek black ensemble.

For a natural complexion, Genevieve used the new Teint Miracle Foundation, an amazing radiance-boosting foundation launching next month, Laura Mercier Secret Concealer and Secret Brightening Powder followed by a cream blush in plum on the apples of the cheeks.  She wanted to give Julia soft, smoky eyes with a mix of blacks and plums.  To achieve this, she first applied Le Crayon Khôl in Black Ebony to line the eyes and then blended shadows from the new fall French Coquettes collection called the French Touch Color Design Quad.  Her lashes were topped with Définicils Precious Cells Mascara in Black for a full, natural lash.  She finished the look with a neutral lip using Le Lipstique Lip Liner in Sheer Natural, Color Design Lipstick in Love It! and a touch of Juicy Tubes in Spring Fling for the perfect photo-ready pout.

Want the Lancôme makeup Julia wore? Shop at Lancôme of course.
