M·A·C Cosmetics and Nicki Minaj Launch Pink Friday Lipstick.

You gotta love pop culture and it's latest icon Nicki Minaj. Nicki is a celebrated hip-hop recording artist from Trinidad who has been singing up a storm lately and collaborating with many other musical talents. I love her quirky voice and fun nature.

Just this week, Nicki launched her debut album called "Pink Friday".  She is making it even more special by launching a very special limited edition lipstick with M·A·C Cosmetics. The lipstick goes by the same Pink Friday.

Putting her trademark barbz glamour twist on a bright, creamy pink satin formula, Nicki says, “M·A·C’s Pink Nouveau was my favourite lipstick for years, but it’s all about Pink Friday!

Nicki’s exclusive shade retails for $14.50 and will only be available for purchase on four Fridays beginning today, November 26th, 2010, while supplies last, ONLY at maccosmetics.com and again on the following Fridays, December 3, December 10, and December 17, 2010.

Julia Roberts in Lancôme at Glamour's Women of the Year Awards.

Speaking of the Lancôme L'Wren Scott Holiday Color Collection, Julia Roberts was adorned in both a L'Wren Scott dress and makeup at Monday nights Glamour Women of the Year Awards.

Julia shined in the black fitted dress, while longtime makeup artist Genevieve Herr helped to make sure that Julia's makeup was just as radiant.

Julia’s subtly smoky eyes were done up with Ombre Absolue Quad in Les Gris L’Wren from the L’Wren Scott for Lancôme holiday color collection. Genevieve used two of the shades; the sheer gray was swept onto the outer lid, the crease and outward and the black was used as liner. Topping the look was Hypnôse Drama in Le Noir L’Wren, a shimmering mascara that Genevieve says added “a lot of glamour.”

For the lips, Genevieve used L’Absolu Rouge Crème de Brillance in Le Rouge L’Wren. This intense berry gloss provided the perfect contrast for Julia’s dark dress and eyes, says Genevieve. Lancôme’s Teint Miracle Lit-from-Within Foundation delivered flawless skin, while Blush Subtil Powder Blush in Rose Romantique added that finishing touch of color.

Seeing how beautiful this is on Julia makes me need this collection even more.

All of the products used can be found at lancome-usa.com, of course.
