CHANEL Spring 2009 Collection - Bohemian Fantasy.

Ok - the year is not even over and I am going to tell you about Spring Collections already? Yes I am. Just a week into Winter, it is so nice to at least dream of the Spring.

Bohemian Fantasy from CHANEL is gorgeous. I have not had a CHANEL Eye Palette in a very long time, but I will definitely be giving this one a good home. It looks beautiful!

Inspired by ‘Coco’ Chanel’s fascination with haute bohemian style, eyes take on deep tones for day and night, while lips are saturated with fiery reds and lush nudes, evoking an earthy sensuality elevated to a new level of sophistication.

The ultimate, the CHANEL Lip Palette, which I think I need, well, just because. It looks to be a collector's item.

CHANEL Moscow Nail Colour Collection.

An homage to the beauty of Russian women, CHANEL is launching the Moscow Collection. The colors are all rich, deep, and of course - CHANEL beautiful!

First seen at the CHANEL Paris-Moscow show at the Ranelagh Theatre in Paris on December 3rd, this limited edition collection of nail lacquers was conceived of by Peter Philips, Global Creative Director for CHANEL Makeup.

“The Or de Russie nail colour we used on the models at the show comes from the new CHANEL Moscow When you apply the shades, which are rather dark, the surprising element is that they capture light so well that they create a fireworks effect – the shades dazzle with an unbelievable sparkle.” Collection, composed of three shades that I specially created for the show,” states Peter Philips. “The base of these three shades is black, to which we added a different sparkle for each of the colours: red, gold and blue. The Feu de Russie shade is intense and reflects passion. Or de Russie has a slight gold patina and evokes richness, while Nuit de Russie blue is full of mystery.

The collection will launch for a limited time in late December 2008 exclusively at CHANEL boutiques, CHANEL Makeup Studios and on CHANEL.com. $30 each.
