Viva Glam Goodness.

If you didn't catch Cyndi Lauper or Lady Gaga during one of their many television appearances for this latest collaboration, let me tell you what this is all about. Cyndi and Gaga have teamed up with MAC Cosmetics this year for it's latest in the Viva Glam installment.

As their latest spokes people for the campaign, Cyndi Lauper and Lady Gag each helped create a Viva Glam lipstick. The pink, shown on the left is Viva Glam Gaga, with Lady Gaga; while on the right is the red, Viva Glam Cyndi, with Cyndi Lauper.

Lady Gaga describes her shade, "My new VIVA GLAM lipstick colour is amazing. It's a bluish pink, great for everyday. It's a little bit 80's, which is ve4ry me. It's for the everyday woman - anyone can wear it and feel great about themselves and embody what VIVA GLAM is all about.  I hope that women buy this lipstick, and honor themselves and honor the cause.". MAC describes it as a Light Blue Pink, Lustre.

Cyndi Lauper describes her shade simply, "A really fabulous red... and it's called Cyndi. How cool is that?". MAC describes it as a Light Coral Red, Lustre.

All of the proceeds from the sales of Viva Glam go directly to the MAC Aids Fund. You can purchase each, or better yet both, online at maccosmetics.com or your favorite MAC store or counter, where they retail for $14.00.

The M·A·C & Milk Collection: Bringing Backstage Beauty to the Masses.

M·A·C Cosmetics creates the looks on thousands of models each year at various Fashion Week's around the world. I've witnessed the insanity of backstage, and how these artists do their creative work astonishes me each time I witness it. It takes a unique talent and hand to work backstage.

Making it easier, if just a bit on the artists; are some select core products, or backstage basics, if you will, that artists reach for time and time again. To highlight these products,  M·A·C has just introduced the M·A·C & Milk Collection, available exclusively online at MACCosmetics.com. It is named M·A·C & Milk as M·A·C will journey through Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week beginning this week, at Milk Studios, in New York City.

“Radiant skin, smokey eyes and beige lips seem to be a part of the beauty trends every season. The M·A·C & Milk Collection are the iconic products that create these trends. No makeup artist can live without these products during Fashion Week,” says Gordon Espinet, Vice President of Global Makeup Artistry, M·A·C Cosmetics.

Take a look at the entire collection to see what you will need to stock up on for your very own backstage beauty basics.
