My skin craves moisture. All day, every day. No matter how many masks, treatments or moisturizers I slather on, my skin doesn't seem to get enough hydration. When I first received IT Cosmetics Miracle Water 3-In-1 Glow Tonic, I thought it was a toner. Upon further investigation (just from looking at the bottle), I thought it was a micellar water cleanser. Hmmm.... It mentions something about being an essence, a tonic AND a cleanser, plus a few other things? I knew that I needed to try this Miracle Water right away.
