Introducing COVERGIRL LiquiLine Blast Eye Liner
/When using eye liner, I go back and forth from powders to pencils all of the time. I like the control I get with a powder and the way that I can blend it into a more smoky look. Then again, a pencil can be quick and easier, especially when going for a summer, easy look. Sometimes though, a pencil can be tough on my eyes. It is either too hard or soft, or just does not blend that way it used to.
