bareMinerals READY Eyeshadow.

My love for the bareMinerals READY products continues. Despite having a little reaction to the bareMinerals READY Foundation, I am still in love with it, and I couldn't wait to try more from the READY line up. So next on my list to try were the bareMinerals READY Eyeshadows.

bareMinerals READY Eyeshadow is super pigmented, super smooth with an almost creamy feels, and is super long-wearing. The powder texture feels so soft and silky and feels like a cream as it is applied. They blend with ease and look gorgeous all day. The formula is infused with bareMinerals' proprietary SeaNutritive Mineral™ Complex and some powerful antioxidants, cold-pressed borage oil, along with caffeine and cucumber; so anti-aging benefits are built right in. I've always had this thinking that if I am going to wear makeup, I rather wear makeup that is good for me, which this eyeshadow is.

The Afterparty is a quad with Cheers, Mingle, Rowdy and Lights Down, which are moonstone, gleaming pewter, heathered plum and shimmering ink shades. The dark smoky eye is simple with this palette.

Mally In the Buff Eyeshadow Palette.

You know I am a huge fan of neutrals. Neutral does not mean boring at all. I love the neutral brown and ivory shades. From mattes to shimmers, I find myself really liking the different looks I can create that are never over the top. Let's face it. I am 45 years old with four kids and live I the 'burbs. Neutral and smoky neutral is where it's at for me. When I saw this new Mally In the Buff Eyeshadow Palette, I know I needed to check it out further.

Mally In the Buff Eyeshadow Palette

This palette does not disappoint. It comes together in a real sturdy faux snake skin bound case. It opens to reveal a full size mirror, brush, an eyeshadow base and 11 neutral eyeshadows.

The shades range from a barely there ivory shade, to a deep, somewhat shimmery brown that is great for smoking up the look or lining the eyes. They are very soft to apply, and very powdery. Definitely make use of the beige creamy eyeshadow base. The base really evens out the eye area and brightens it up which is huge help in the morning. It's a must to make sure the shadows apply properly and stay in place all day.

The shades:

  • Au Natural
  • Bubbly
  • Buff
  • Tiger's-Eye
  • Cappuccino
  • Shimmering Taupe
  • Brownstone
  • Oak
  • Egyptian Gold
  • Toast
  • Chocolate Diamond

Mally In the Buff Eyeshadow Palette

The Mally Beauty In the Buff Eyeshadow sells for $45.46 at QVC.

Have you had enough of the neutral eye palettes yet? I say to keep bringing them on. I don't think I'll ever get bored with them.
