Urban Decay NAKED Skin Beauty Balm.

Urban Decay just launched another new product in it's ever expanding NAKED range of products. This one is a first for them; a beauty balm. NAKED Skin Beauty Balm. This beauty balm is different. It is meant to perfect skin from the inside, while diffusing light on the outside. It is more along the lines of what beauty balms are meant to do.

NAKED Skin Beauty Balm, in fact, delivers measurable anti-aging benefits and who doesn't want that? In addition to the skin firmers and anti-agers, this one is not tinted per se. This one contains optical blurring pigments to instantly even out the skin tone as it minimizes pores, lines, wrinkles and redness. Plus it contains SPF 20 to protect against future damage as well.

You can notice the pigment as I just swiped it onto my skin, but you can see that I as blended it in, it sort becomes invisible. It simply perfects skin.

For me, this does not offer enough coverage for everyday simply on its own. I did wear it alone with a little bronzer, gloss and mascara and can get away with it for a natural look though. I prefer to wear it in place of a primer under foundation, as it seems to perfect my overall makeup look where my skin looks even better.

Urban Decay NAKED Skin Beauty Balm is available now for $34.00 from urbandecay.com, Sephora, ULTA, select Macy's stores and beauty.com as well.

Bobbi Brown BB Cream SPF35.

I am still completely enamored with BB Creams. Offering more than a tinted moisturizer with less coverage than foundation, these creams have taken over my vanity this summer.  I love that I don't have to pile on the products to get the skin care benefits I need, with the lighter coverage I welcome in the warmer months. I have waited for Bobbi Brown's BB Cream, because I am such a fan. I am happy to say that Bobbi Brown BB Cream SPF35 was worth the wait.
