Now that the long and cold winter is over and the warm summer weather is finally here, I am wearing my flip-flops and sandals all the time. I make more of an effort to have my feet look their finest during the summer more than any other time of year. It's at this time that I feel that not only do my toenails need to be polished to perfection, but my feet have to be silky smooth too.
