One easy decision this summer is sun protection; it is vital to protect your skin from the sun. Hey, I love to spend time outside in the sun, but I use a high SPF. I have learned my lesson. I love a beautiful golden tan, though, so I use self-tanners to achieve my tan. There are so many self-tanners available, so there is no excuse to bake yourself in the sun and risk skin cancer and WRINKLES! I have weekly spray tan appointments and in between, I use self-tanners on my face and legs — why it sloughs off my legs so quickly I'll never know.
