IT Cosmetics Miracle Water: Exactly What Is It?

When I first received IT Cosmetics Miracle Water 3-In-1 Glow Tonic, I thought it was a toner. Upon further investigation (just from looking at the bottle), I thought it was a micellar water cleanser. Hmmm.... It mentions something about being an essence, a tonic AND a cleanser, plus a few other things? I knew that I needed to try this Miracle Water right away.
