I love the winter... said no one EVER! Well, maybe you do, but you can count me out. The bitter cold and everything that our skin, hair and body have to deal with just because of it are not fun. I cannot believe that we are almost one month into the new year already. Where does the time go? It has taken me a bit longer than usual to recover from the holidays. The holiday season is ALWAYS a hectic and busy one. I am on a mission to take better care of myself this year, and I have always found that by taking an hour for myself once a week does my mind, body and spirit good! I love to refresh and recharge by creating my very own spa night.
