Kiehl’s is celebrating Earth Day 2009 with the introduction of a Limited Edition Superbly Restorative Argan Body Lotion, of which 100% of net Kiehl’s proceeds will benefit WATERKEEPER ALLIANCE.

Partners in this project, actor Adrian Grenier, musician Erykah Badu, surfer Kelly Slater, and three design students from Parsons The New School For Design, have helped Kiehl’s create four exceptional Limited Edition labels representing their commitment to sustainability, to raise funds and awareness for WATERKEEPER ALLIANCE.

In conjunction with the Limited Edition product, Kiehl’s has launched www.kiehlsgivesback.com, a web site designed to share the complete scope of our partnership with our patrons. Through this new site, we can all can learn more about Waterkeeper Alliance and the Kiehl's partnership, and participate in two limited-time, web-only events:

Beginning on Earth Day, April 22, www.kiehlsgivesback.com will host a three-day online auction of 10 unique items to further support Waterkeeper Alliance . Featuring one-of-a-kind signed items donated by our partners, the auction runs for three days, April 22 through April 24 at http://www.kiehlsgivesback.com/events/earth-day-auction, and 100% of all proceeds generated from this auction will be donated to Waterkeeper Alliance.
