With everything I put my hair through - coloring, blowdrying, teasing, curling, volumizing, flat ironing, hot rollers coupled with the environment and simply aging, my hair need a lot more than simple shampoo and conditioning treatment. I have a stack of hair masks, from drugstore bargains to pretty lux brands, and I demand results. I use my hair masks at least once a week, usually twice. In the summer months, I usually use a hair mask two to three times a week because my hair seems to be extra dry, frizzy and fried feeling.
