A New Beauty Brand: Khroma Beauty by Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé.

 

It was announced today that the Kardashian sisters are launching a beauty brand. The brand will be called Khroma™ Beauty by Kourtney,Kim, and Khloé.

The release states: "As the creators, ambassadors and faces for Khroma Beauty™, Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé Kardashian embody beauty, style and fashion in a manner that is at once desirable and relatable to women worldwide.

Khroma Beauty brings a luxury feel and quality to the mass customer with exquisite formulas to emulate the eyes, lips and complexion looks for which the Kardashian sisters are famous."

The Kardashians' partnered with BOLDFACE Licensing and Branding in the deal that will launch exclusively at Ulta. It is slated to launch in December 2012 with a special holiday assortment featuring a stunning array of false eyelashes, mascaras and Kardazzle Compacts. A comprehensive launch will follow in first quarter 2013 with an item based color range and unique signature items such as Kurve Compact Dual Finishing Powder and Million Dollar Mask.

"We're so excited to partner with BOLDFACE Licensing + Branding on this new venture. There's a glam girl in all of us and it's a dream come true to have our own makeup line and to share it with women around the world", said the sisters.

It only makes sense for the Kardashian sisters to launch a full blown beauty collection. It seems they have dabbled in just about everything else.

Nars Cosmetics is giving Andy Warhol another 15 minutes of fame with a new color cosmetics collection expected this fall. Nars Andy Warhol — created by François Nars under a license with The Andy Warhol Foundation — is intended to evoke the cool, image-rich, character-laden world of Warhol in a limited edition collection said to showcase innovative packaging, formulas and shades. The project, which will be launched in the U.S. in October and elsewhere in November, is said to be the brand’s largest strategic collaboration to date. - WWD.com
