Top 10 New Mascaras for 2015.

I may be set in my ways when it comes to mascara because I always think I have found my 'holy grail', but then a new mascara comes along that seems to be better than my current favorite. The fact that brands are continually improving their formulas and launching new mascaras with new features, I don't think I will ever truly find one mascara to settle upon. With things like specialized brushes, wands and cutting edge formulas so that lashes bigger and better than ever, I am constantly wowed.

I have had a list of top mascaras, and while I usually use just drugstore mascaras (many of these are mascaras under $10, you have to give it up to the brands and all of the new mascara launches just this year alone! I've tried all of these on the list, and though I have just reviewed a few specifically, I have mentioned the others here and there. All of these rightfully deserve a spot on this list of top 10 new mascaras for 2015.

NARS Fall 2015 Color Collection.

Now that August is here and fall will be upon us next month (NO!!!) it is time to start talking fall collections. First up is is the beautiful fall collection from NARS. The entire focus is really on the eyes with the new Velvet Shadow Sticks that I just told you about last week. François Nars was inspired by the eyes for the entire collection and he says it best, “It just seemed like the collection needed to revolve around eyes and especially how eye color and texture can convey not just character and mood but a period in time, be it an era or a decade or even a season.” There is a lot more to the collection -- take a look.

NARS Velvet Shadow Sticks.

NARS just launched their Fall collection (more on that very soon) and taking center stage of the collection are the brand new Velvet Shadow Sticks. I am super excited about these sticks! Similar to other brands I love sticks like this as they are usually very long-lasting and very easy to apply. NARS has initially created 8 Velvet Shadow Sticks and I am betting these silky, velvety shadows are sure to be a hit for a long time to come.
