Pick of the Day - Lancôme Piha Black Nail Polish.

Well, I do not like black lip gloss, but black nail polish is another thing. I like the shade of black on my finger and toe nails when it is the right glistening, sparkly shade - and this new Le Vernis in Piha Black is just one of those.

Lancôme Le Vernis are also very technically advanced polishes, made with special plasticized polymers to make polish last a good seven days.

"Shiny and Shock Free
Shield Plasticizers keep nails flexible, shiny and more resistant to shock and abrasion. Chip-free for days!

Strong and Healthy
Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane (MSM) is a naturally occurring substance known for its diverse health benefits, including support for healthy nails. It is known to boost the production of keratin, a tough protein from which finger and toe nails are made. MSM paired with Shield Plasticizers make nails much stronger and more flexible."

Can MSM be artificially made and if so does it have the same health benefits?
