AVEENO Daily Challenge.

After this winter that seemed to have gone on forever, my friends at AVEENO have given some bloggers a challenge, the #AveenoDailyChallenge. It's a challenge I took without blinking an eye. They challenged us to make a change in our daily lives for the better and to use AVEENO Daily Moisturizing Lotion for three weeks. Easy.

AVEENO Daily Moisturizing Lotion

So I have challenge myself to use the 24 hour daily lotion every day after my shower which I will take after I exercise for at least 30 minutes. After losing weight last fall, I have become a bit lazy with my exercise and this challenge is giving me that little boost that I need. I am going to walk every morning and I am rejoining the gym where I have let my membership lapse. It is about time I get back to doing the lightweight workouts that I really loved and get back on the bike and elliptical machine that I really loved.

AVEENO Daily Moisturizing Lotion is formulated with ACTIVE NATURALS Colloidal Oatmeal and blended with rich emollients to soothe and moisturize dry skin. I like Aveeno and use their Radiant Moisturizer but never looked at the body moisturizers and it would make sense to. Having a "doh" moment now LOL. Good luck with your exercise challenge. I'm sure you'll be happy with Aveeno.
