Day to Night Beach Beauty.

I'm spending some much needed time away relaxing at the beach. Long days at the beach mean no-fuss no-muss when beauty is concerned. Of course you want to still look good, but naturally pretty; not a lot of makeup or overly done hair. And a quick change from day to night needs to be done. I have a few key products that keep me looking my natural beachy best and make the beach day to night transition in a flash.

Of course I depend on a great sunscreen during the day, but when doing a long day at the beach when I may not be able to shower before dinner, it is important to go for a quick dry sunscreen like L'Oréal Paris Quick Dry Sheer Finish Spray 50+. My skin is protected all day but if feels like I have no sunscreen on. For my face, I like Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Liquid; this goes on under makeup flawlessly.

For makeup, it is kept to a minimum with a BB Cream and bronzer. I am combining them both with Urban Decay Naked Skin Bronzing Beauty Balm with a little bit of Naked Flushed in Streak over that. I finish my makeup with a waterproof mascara, I'm really liking this one, and a bright lipgloss like COVERGIRL Colorlicious Lipgloss.

For my hair, I like to twist it up with an Emi-Jay Hair Tie so that I can untwist for an un-done soft beachy wave look at night.

This leads me to night. To freshen up at the end of a beach day and before getting ready for a night out or dinner, I bring along my trusty makeup removing wipes. I like Aveeno Positively Radiant Makeup Removing Wipes. Not only will these remove all of my makeup, it really helps to freshen up my skin. I bring a makeup bag and will do more of a full makeup look for night. Remember a deep bronzer is key to your night time beach look.

To freshen up my skin, I like to use a body lotion, usually beachy scented. One of my favorites is Bobbi Brown Beach Body Lotion. This lotion just smells like the beach, but it is really moisturizing after a long day out in the surf and the sun too.

For my hair, I start out by freshening up with dry shampoo. I really like Aveeno Pure Renewal Dry Shampoo. Just a few sprays absorb oil and refreshes hair ready to restyle. Of course I bring along a beach wave spray like L'Oréal Paris EverStyle Texture Series Beach Waves Spray to help with the hair look. I usually don't even need to brush to much. I can finger style and go with a lot of messy waves or pull it back up and leave some waves out for a messy pony with waves framing my face.
