L’Oréal Paris Féria Wild Ombré Haircolor Kit.

I don't know why I am so tempted to try this new L’Oréal Paris Féria Wild Ombré Haircolor Kit. Even with a hair color disaster that has me swearing off at-home hair color and knowing that the ombré look is not for me, I will admit that it looks great on certain hair styles. Either way, one thing is true, L’Oréal Paris has created the first at-home coloring system designed to create one of the hottest hair color trends to come around in a long time.

This L’Oréal Paris’ innovation uses a three-part lightening system plus a patented Expert Brush that work together to achieve this modern new take on highlights. This brush-on technique makes it easy to create ombré effects ranging from subtle and sexy to bold and edgy. It is up to you.

Like I said, the secret is in the patented Expert Ombré Brush. It precisely targets hair’s lengths and ends for a perfect application. The unique, easy-to-use brush allows you to apply and customize the Ombré look where you want it, lightening it up or adding natural dimension on any strand or section of hair. It’s as easy as brushing your hair. Best of all, results can be achieved in just 25 – 45 minutes (depending upon preferred intensity) right at home.

The L’Oréal Paris Féria Wild Ombré Haircolor Kit comes in three shade kits:

060- For medium to dark brown hair
070- For dark blonde to light brown hair
080 - For light to medium blonde hair

Each kit retails for $12.99 each and is available at drugstores and mass retailers now.

Let me know if you've tried the kit. I'd love to know how it works for you!

This kit would have been more relevant if it came out last year. I think the Ombré trend is over.
Very afraid to do it myself but I can see how you'd be easily tempted!
Just seen that Cosmopolitan thinks that this Ombre product is just great. The special brush sounds good but just read on Facebook that L'Oreal tests on animals!
I would love to try this but am so scared I would look stupid, lol! I'm not sure my cut/face could pull it off. Oh well, it is really nice to look at!
Dina - I am with you on that point. I think a launch last summer would have been better timed.
Janelle - It is so tempting.
Jen - The special brush does seem pretty innovative.
Katie - I really think you do need a certain hair style to pull off the trend. It wouldn't look good on short hair or on someone who wear it up a lot of the time (like me!).
