Have you ever shopped the beauty aisles of Target and come across PIXI Beauty? Well of course you have! I bet you browsed over the cute makeup products all dressed up in their super cute light green and gold packaging and maybe even picked up some of the great makeup products. If you haven't, it is time to take a look at this beauty brand created by makeup artist Petra Strand 15 years ago. The brand has some really great makeup. If you want to start with the brand, start with the best. These are the best PIXI beauty products, and the best place to start when discovering the brand. You'll be impressed and going back for more!
Correction Concentrate - $12.00
This is a highly pigmente color-correcting cream that you can use on it's own if you won't need a lot of concealer. If you are like me and do, layer it underneath or mix it with concealer to instantly brighten under eyes. It erases undereye darkness and blurs away fine lines and lasts the day. It seriously makes you look wide awake and like you had a full night of sleep, even if you didn't. Apply the Correction Concentrate with PIXI's Flat Liner Brush ($12) and blend in.
Natural Brow Duo - $16.00
This handy 2-in-1 brow perfector duo helps to gives brows a naturally polished and perfected look in seconds. One one end, there is a tapered brow pencil, that's waterproof to boot, to pencil in sparse brows. One the other, a tinted soft-hold brow gel to keep it all in place while adding a bit of tint.
Large Lash Mascara - $16.00
With a lash-plumping formula, this buildable mascara has an oversized brush to deliver extreme volume and lots of color in one sweep. I like Bold Black but it also comes in Best Brown.
Lash & Brow Brush - $8.00
To further brush through lashes or brows, this brush makes it simple. It helps to brush brows into place and separate lashes if needed.
Nail Colour- $8.00
PIXI Beauty Nail Colour is a chip-resistant polish that contains UV protection so polish resists fading and stays color true. My pick of the season is Gilded Garnet, a deep gold-flecked crimson.
