Back to School Beauty: Physicians Formula Blemish Rx.

Finally - most of the kids are back in school. Yes, yes, yes! Can you see me doing my happy dance? I was not looking forward to it, honestly. But now that I have quiet for almost six hours a day, I am lovin' it!

I figured it is not too late for another Back to School Beauty post. Especially now that my daughter's friend was stressing because she had a pimple form during her first day of school. While it was barely noticeable to me, you know that is all that she (13 year old) saw on her face. We went through my stash and came up with Physicians Formula Blemish Rx, and I had her give it a try.

In this handy little pen type applicator is a tinted treatment to not only cover, but to treat the pimple at it's core. The formula contains CliniClear Technology™, a unique blend of time-released Salicylic Acid and clearing botanicals. This makes the treatment fast acting, and tolerable without being over-drying. Instantly the pesky pimple was not noticeable because of the color. Within an hour, the redness to the bump was virtually gone.

Blemish Rx is available at mass merchandisers, drugstores, etc for $8.95. It comes in three concealer skin colors as well as soft green for those really red bumps. The green color neutralizes the red.

This handy blemish fighter cover-up gets the seal of approval from a 13 year old and Mom!

I looks like a injection to me, I guess many people will be afraid to try it.
Congrats on some alone time. I have been doing the back-to-school happy dance too, although I still have my 2 year old as my partner while the rest are away. She loves the one on one time with her Mom (and I do too)!

That sounds really promising. Having a teen and pre-teens little zits happen occasionally and it would be great to spot treat without applying strong BP or chemicals to their entire face. Many thanks!
